No. You would downgrade the depth at WR and Antonio Gates would not make up for the loss of Plax and TO (who has more worth now with Brady injured than Moss). Grant makes it enticing to be sure but I think you would end up trading away fantasy points if you did this trade. If it was one WR and a Def for 1 RB and DEF maybe it would be more fair.
