How would I pursue a charge through criminal court?

I was recently d earlier this month. Basically this guy who I thought was my friend set me up I'm uming he originally planned it as a "" he expected to happen but backfired and turned into a . Since it happened on college campus I did judicial because i was told they would be suspended but after our judicial hearing their punishments were a no female restriction which basically says they cant have female friends, no girls in their room, or hang out or be around any females. And they also got 50 hours a community service ( which i was told was the "boring kind" as in nursing homes, gardening, cleaning). Because of the I have Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and depression and I see a therapist and 2 advocates once a week each. I feel as if my school basically let them get away with murder because honestly their no females restriction will not be enforced. Only if cops see them with a female, which cops are barely even seen walking on campus, or if i constantly report them will they be in trouble. To me their punishment are so stupid and pointless. Because i am dissatisfied with the results the Dean of my school gave, I want to do criminal. They were both found guilty of ual misconduct and the one who set me up was found guilty of ociation or whatever the word was because he played a role in this and he was seen lying during our judicial. What process would I need to go through to take this to an actual court? And what could their possible punishments be because they deserve more than what they were given.
