you won't be able to tell a person from Venezuela from one from any other Spanish speaking country by the looks or special behavior. but if you are a native Spanish speaker, then you might be able to recognize the Venezuelan accent. therefore IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to answer to your question referring to any sort or written material. try checking out video clips created by people from Venezuela and comparing them with other ones from Mexico, Colombia, etc.
