I need something good to read...?

i have read armor by john steakley maybe 6 or 7 times, i loved starship troopers by robert heinlein, and i have read all the core books of the ender series(enders game, speaker for the dead, xenocide) multiple times. Judging by my interest (sci-fi, theory and inter-stellar war) could you suggest a good book to read. and i got to admit a deep profound book such as 'of mice and men" would be aceptable as well.
