you have to be the go-for-it aggressive type one! You need to approach him and maybe ask him to go somewhere and hang out or something. He defnitely seems to like you, if he really does always stare at you. I mean, why else would he be starring if he didn't like you? Approach him girl! That's what it's all about these days.
