Is there a dog scratch fever (like cat scratch fever?)?

Ok my puppy who is up to date on all his shoots except the rabies shoot (not old enough yet) jump up on me and scratched my arm didn't notice it was bleeding till way later. Didn't get around to putting anything on it till about 24hrs later. now its swollen (it busted open my skin real good just cut his nails didn't finish filing them down yet) it all red around it and its elevated, and now my upper arm is num and in pain, and I have been deathly sick all day. Is there a dog scratch fever? it happend about 2 days ago.
