Ideas: Something easy to eat when nauseous? (besides crackers) perhaps due to low blood sugar?
Try potatoes-when I was pregnant, I couldnt keep anything down and the dr suggested potatoes because of their nutritional value. and wa able to keep that down. You can also buy them pre cut in the store. I would cut up a potatoe into small peices and bake it in the ovenfor about 15-20 minutes.. There is also something about the B vitamins in potatoes that are supposed to help with the settling of the stomach. Low blood sugar is not anything to play with and you need to seek help right away. I would be more concerned with your weight and electrolyte balances too.Normal blood sugar is 70-110-if it was 90 AFTER you ate, it must have been really low-this is so easy to manage-you just need to see a dr.
