I have Type II Diabetes and have constant sweats. Is this related? What can I do?

I'm 58 years old and should be past menopause. I had it for years. I take Glipizide and my numbers have been between 225 and 358 for the past month. I have a dramatic increase in neuropathy, numbness and shooting/burning pain in legs and arms. I'd appreciate any counsel or insights. Thanks!
