i am male, 24, 6 feet 1 inches, and 120 kgs. most of the flab is around stomach. i want to lose weight so that i look good and am fitter. can someone help me out on what should i do to lose weight? what exercises, food etc? especially those who have been able to reduced weight substantially should share their stories to motivate me. i don't want links to commercial excercise or diet websites. thanks
