Could my Chi be pregnate?

My dogs last two are a little bit swollen and her belly is a bit firm could that mean that she is pregnate she was in heat about a month and a half ago. She was around a male but after she was done being in heat or that I tought so. But could only her last two be swolen and not all of them?
