Buy Here Pay Here Car Dealers?

Anyone know of a good buy here pay here car place in east atl ga ? I have looked on craigslist and newspaper however most are full of S#%&. My 1987 Ford F150 is almost dead but its paid for lol. I am looking for reviews on any if possible
