Where are the extraterrestrial civilisations?

If there anywhere than there on another planet. (i am not close minded about this subject) ummmm... the reason we think they are smarter than us is because, we only use a little bit of our brain and soooo we think they use all of there. the reason MOST people that there arent 'aliens' is because there isnt water on some plants but i think that some beings could prbly live with out water, just like we can live with it. Maybe be it isnt a NEED for there bodys (if they dont look the same)
