Is Tummy tuck safe, since i have hanging skin on my stomach?

have you been useing lotion your whole life? the lotion should have helped alot in preventing this.. but lotion wont do that much for cureing it.. will do a little but really u gota use it to prevent it.. anyways.. it should be preatty safe, but still risky all sergeries are risky, and there removeing a large amount.. but its a commen procedure.. i havent had it done but make sure you know all the facts and b4 you deside.
