Do i have lyme disease? help!!?

i woke up this morning and there was a tick on my stomach, it was imbedded into my skin and there was this purplish area around it. i took tweezers and tried to pull it out of my skin, but it wouldnt come out. I kept pulling (really hard) and it finally came out. But one of the legs is still in my skin and i cant get it out (ewww). the area around the piece of the leg looks like it's bruised, and then there's a faint skin colored circle around it, and then around that my skin is red. it looks kind of like a bulls eye rash but a lot smaller. the whole area also hurts a lot. do you think i could have lyme disease?
