i'm also in 9th grade, and i also like this girl, i act very mature and funny at the same time with her, i show that i care, when she asks for something and i have, i lend it to her. i tell jokes that make her laugh, and not too ridiculous jokes, i don't want to invade her space, so just keep it cool. all i'm saying is get to know the girl, and maybe after a while, start flirting, not to strong, just start off lightly. i hope this helps u!
